Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. As a reseller of digital products, our policies are strict to prevent abuse.

1. General No-Refund Policy

Since the products we sell are digital credentials and subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Prime Video credentials), we do not offer refunds once the login details have been delivered to you via Email or WhatsApp. This is because digital access cannot be "returned" once seen.

2. Warranty & Replacement

While we do not offer refunds, we provide a Full Warranty for the validity of your plan. A free replacement will be provided if:

• The login credentials provided are invalid or incorrect.
• The account stops working before the validity period ends (e.g., invalid password, expired screen).
• We are unable to resolve the technical issue within 24 hours of reporting.

3. When is a Refund Applicable?

A 100% refund is ONLY applicable in the following rare scenarios:

• We are out of stock and cannot fulfill your order within 24 hours.
• You paid for an order but decided to cancel BEFORE the digital setup was started/delivered.
• Multiple payments were deducted for the same order due to a technical glitch.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved by our support team, the amount will be processed to your original payment source (UPI/Bank) within 5-7 business days.
